I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Gramado. The service was impeccable and the grounds were beautiful. I decided not to bring my computer, so I can't comment on the Wi-Fi. The couples massage at the spa was a highlight, and the gym and pools were fantastic. They even surprised us with a special anniversary treat in our room. The only suggestion I have is to request a room away from the elevators to avoid any noise disturbances. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Gramado.

200 feet from the hotel you'll find c est mieux de la foundue, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. Private parking on site was provided. We totally recommend this property to all coming to Gramado.

The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to access the main attractions. the Italian restaurant's food was to die for and definitely worth a visit. make sure to have some cash on hand, as it's necessary for taxis and other expenses.
The hotel's service was a major disappointment and didn't meet our expectations.

Great views and easy walking distance to town center. Extensive breakfast selection with options for every taste. Conference facilities were satisfactory, and the helpful staff made the experience pleasant.
Housekeeping didn't meet our expectations with inconsistent services offered and rooms not always made up. the requests for a confirmation of an extra night's stay were unsuccessful due to a lack of suitable personnel, which seemed inefficient and frustrating.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel which was in the center of the city, close to the downtown and the bus terminal. The hotel facilities were great with a spa and a good kids program. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and spoke English. I also liked that the hotel had parking available.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and the decorations were amazing! The breakfast was top-notch and had a great variety. loved the location, it was walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
The staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. We had some issues with our room key and it took a while for them to resolve it.
